Windcraft Multihulls has welcomed four experienced marine professionals to its team: Rick Zern, Martin Robitaille, Linda Baker, and Evan Zern. Together, they expand Windcraft's capabilities across racing, multihull sailing, sailmaking, rigging, marine systems, yacht brokerage, boat sales, commissioning, technical support, and owner service.
Martin Robitaille brings seven years of experience with the Canadian National Sailing Team along with extensive familiarity with Dragonfly trimarans. His competitive background adds a performance-focused perspective, while his Dragonfly experience helps owners understand how the boats behave, how to develop their skills, and how to get more from their time on the water.
Rick Zern contributes more than 50 years in the marine industry and deep roots in multihull sailing. That long view is valuable when owners are comparing boats, planning upgrades, solving practical ownership questions, or making decisions that benefit from decades of technical and sailing experience.
Linda Baker brings an accomplished racing career and 15 years in the recreational marine industry. Her experience connects competitive sailing discipline with the practical priorities of recreational owners, including clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a strong understanding of what makes a boat enjoyable to own and sail.
Evan Zern adds hands-on expertise in rigging, marine systems, refits, and owner support. Those skills strengthen Windcraft's ability to help before and after delivery, from evaluating equipment and planning improvements to supporting the ongoing maintenance and technical needs that come with active boat ownership.
The four new team members have different backgrounds, but they share a practical identity as sailors, racers, technicians, advisors, and boat people. Their combined experience supports Windcraft's commitment to expert knowledge, responsive customer service, and long-term relationships with owners. As the Windcraft community grows, the expanded team provides a broader base of experience for helping customers choose, commission, maintain, and enjoy their multihulls.
