Overview
The Corsair 880 represents a bold step forward in trailerable trimaran design, delivering true cruising capability without sacrificing the speed and excitement Corsair is known for. Developed as a larger, more refined evolution of Corsair’s successful performance-cruiser range, the 880 offers increased interior volume, improved offshore capability, and enhanced sailing confidence in a still-trailerable platform.
Designed by Perus Yacht Design, the 880 features high-volume, wave-piercing floats and Corsair’s latest folding beam system, providing exceptional stability, increased righting moment, and reassuring safety margins under sail. These design advancements translate to powerful performance combined with a smooth, predictable ride across a wide range of conditions. The cockpit is spacious and secure, making it well suited for both relaxed cruising and spirited sailing with family or friends.
Below deck, the Corsair 880 delivers genuine cruising comfort rarely found in a trimaran of this size. A well-appointed interior includes a compact galley, enclosed head, generous berths, and thoughtful storage throughout. Designed for extended weekends and coastal adventures, the 880 comfortably accommodates couples and small crews looking to explore farther and stay longer—while retaining the convenience of folding and trailering that defines the Corsair experience.
