Windcraft Multihulls

Privacy Policy

A clear explanation of the information you share with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Information we collect

This policy covers Windcraft Multihulls’ website, inquiries, and marketing emails. When you contact us or complete a form, we receive the details you choose to provide. These may include your name, email address, phone number, boat interests, email preferences, and the contents of your message.

Our website and email services also collect technical and engagement information, such as pages visited, browser or device information, approximate location, and email opens or link clicks. Please avoid including sensitive information in general inquiry forms.

How we use it

We use information to:

  • Respond to your questions and discuss boats or services you have asked about.
  • Keep track of our conversations and the boat interests you share.
  • Manage newsletter subscriptions and send the types of marketing emails you request.
  • Understand which website content and emails are useful and improve our communications.
  • Maintain business records, protect our services, and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your contact details, share inquiries with manufacturers or brokers, or use your information for advertising retargeting.

Your email choices

Our marketing emails may include the monthly newsletter, introductory welcome emails, brand and model news, and inventory alerts, depending on what you sign up for and which services are available.

Choosing a boat interest does not, by itself, subscribe you to every type of email. You can unsubscribe or change your email subscriptions using the links at the bottom of a Windcraft marketing email. To change your boat interests, you can also contact us directly.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from responding to your inquiries or sending messages needed to handle a service or transaction you requested.

Surveys

When you take part in a Windcraft survey, we receive the answers you choose to submit, such as your sailing experience, interests, broad sailing area and optional boat-buying preferences. We use these answers to understand sailors’ needs and plan our boats, training, events and support.

You can finish the survey without providing a name, email address or phone number. If you request a results summary, personal help or an invitation to future research, we use the contact details you provide for the choices you select. Participating does not subscribe you to a newsletter or change your existing marketing email preferences.

We use Tally to host surveys and store completed responses. Survey links may include campaign or source labels to help us understand how people reached the survey. We do not put contact names, email addresses, phone numbers or raw CRM record IDs in those survey links.

Service providers

We use Framer to host our website and HubSpot to manage contact records, forms, email preferences, and marketing emails. These providers process information to help us operate those services. Our website analytics tools help us understand visits and website use.

Our service providers may process or store information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their privacy notices describe their own practices: Framer, HubSpot, and Google.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our legal rights or the security of our services.

Cookies & analytics

We use website analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Framer’s built-in analytics do not use cookies. Other services, including Google Analytics and embedded forms or media, may use cookies or similar technologies to support their features and measure use.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Following an external link takes you to a website governed by its own privacy practices.

Keeping your information

We keep information as needed to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, maintain our business relationship and records, and meet legal obligations. The length of time depends on the type of information and why it is held.

We may retain a limited record of an unsubscribe request so we can continue to respect it. No website, email system, or method of online storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your requests

You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, correct your details, change your preferences, or request deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting.

Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. If we cannot fulfill a request in full, we will explain why.
