We have been sailing and selling Corsair F-31s for around 25 years and no customer has ever been disappointed in the performance of the F-31.

General Description

The Corsair F-31R aft cockpit model is one of the best performing Corsair models. It has standing head room throughout the main cabin, a fully enclosed head compartment, and a slide out extension for the starboard settee converting it into a double berth. Plus a double V-berth forward. Large storage compartments in each float augment the  storage in the cabins. The cockpit  can seat six or more adults, though this is seldom necessary as the broad nets give the crew many other comfortable places to spread out and relax. The forward hull shape effectively deflects spray away from the cockpit,.Winches, halyards, sheets, and the controls for the daggerboard, rudder, and outboard motor can all be operated from the cockpit. A transom swim step provides easy access on and off the boat. The fractional rotating rig enhances the efficiency of the fully battened roller furling mainsail An asymmetrical spinnaker and screacher are flown from the retractable carbon bowsprit providing exhilerating off-wind performance. A retractable central daggerboard generates  efficient lift to windward  enabling the F-31 to attain speeds over 10 knots when hard on the wind and along with the kickup rudder enables the F-31 to anchor in very shallow water or even be beached.
